Do you accept payment plans?

Yes! Payment plans are always available. Send me a message with a picture of the item you are interested in and we will come up with a time frame together! 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, I give detailed descriptions and measurements and several pics in different lighting. Colors may vary from your screen view. If for any reason you are unhappy please contact me immediately at thewhimsicalwarriorllc@gmail.com and I will try to work with you to rectify the issue. Items that may arrive damaged you will need to file for a refund with USPS. Once an item leaves my hands it’s no longer my responsibility. If for any reason I issue a refund it will be for the item, and only when the item is returned to me in the condition it was originally sent.  shipping cost will not be refunded.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Made to order items are a 2-4 week processing time. Ready to ship items ship in 2-5 days.

Shipping Address

I ship to the address provided as the "shipping address" at checkout. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION IS ENTERED CORRECTLY to ensure accurate delivery of the pieces. If you realize you made an error in your address, please contact me as quickly as possible. If the item comes back to me because the wrong address was written, I am not responsible for paying the shipping costs to re-send the package. The buyer is responsible at checkout to make sure that the address is correct.

International shipping

We use USPS First-Class Package International Service which generally arrives within 7-21 days. However, I cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped via email.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes upon delivery. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. In addition, I will not mark any international packages as "gifts" on customs forms as this is illegal. 

Lost/damaged package:

Q : I have not receive my package even though its been marked as delivered, what should I do next?

 A : The next best thing is to contact your local post office to let them know that the package wasn't delivered. If after double checking and you still are unsure of its whereabouts, I would suggest you file a claim through USPS. Unfortunately once the package leaves me, I am not responsible for refunding or replacing the item.

Q: My package/item arrived broken what do i do?

A: First file a claim through your local post office and DO NOT dispose of the Damaged box! In order to file a claim USPS asks for photos of the box and sometimes for you to bring it in. After your claim is filed feel free to contact me and we can work to resolve the issue further. 

Repairs:

If for any reason something you get from me breaks send me a message and i am happy to do what i can to fix it! 

 Do you accept Custom orders?

Yes i do, but on a limited basis.
